Refund policy

At Hada, we are committed to offering high-quality pieces designed to move with you.
If a product ordered online doesn’t suit you, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, worn products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returns are made at the customer's expense.

  • Items must be returned to the following address:
    Hada SAS, 82 rue Jean de Bernardy, 13001 Marseille France

Refund:

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, using the original payment method.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

In-store purchases:

If you purchased your Hada item from a physical store, including Saison in Marseille, please note that all return, exchange, or refund requests must be handled directly with the store.
Their own return policy applies and may differ from ours.

Shipping tip:

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Hada cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
