2. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products made through the website www.hadawear.fr, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

3. Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the website hadawear.fr, subject to availability.
Each product includes a description. Photos are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros (€), including VAT, but excluding delivery costs.
Hada reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

5. Orders

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The order process includes:

  • Selection of product(s)

  • Cart validation

  • Entry of customer and shipping information

  • Choice of payment method

  • Order confirmation

A confirmation email is sent to the Customer with a summary of the order.

6. Payment

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or any other secure method offered on the site.
Orders are considered final only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the order process.

  • Delivery times: typically between 2 to 7 business days (indicative only).

  • Shipping costs: calculated at checkout based on destination.

Hada cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, Customers have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, worn swimwear or swimwear tried on without protective lining cannot be returned or exchanged.

To exercise this right:

  • Send a request to contact@hadawear.fr

  • Return the product(s) in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

9. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

10. Legal Warranties

Hada complies with legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

11. Liability

Hada cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the product.
In all cases, the seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.

12. Personal Data

All personal data collected is processed in accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Governing Law – Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
